What we do and how we do it

Engineering, production and quality — deliberately in-house.

Our capability stack is organised around three integrated pillars: Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality. Keeping them under one roof is what makes tight tolerances and on-time delivery possible on low-volume defence work.

Pillar 01 · Engineering

Designs that can be built, priced fairly, and delivered on time.

Engineering is the gate that every job passes through — before costing, before routing. A buildable design with a defensible tolerance plan is the foundation of everything downstream.

E.01

Concept & design

From clean-sheet concept to detailed drawings. Requirements are translated into buildable specifications with explicit tolerance and process notes.

  • Requirement capture
  • Concept generation
  • Design reviews
E.02

DFM & tolerance analysis

Manufacturability assessed against our actual plant. Tolerance stack-up is formally analysed before release.

  • Process capability mapping
  • Stack-up analysis
  • Fixture & jig design
E.03

Simulation (roadmap)

FEA for structural and thermal behaviour is being added as a partner capability — ready for strategic programmes in FY26–27.

  • Static & modal FEA
  • Thermal mapping
  • Fatigue estimation
Pillar 02 · Manufacturing

A vertically integrated plant at Govindpur.

Machining, fabrication, welding, assembly and finishing sit inside one facility under one quality protocol. Nothing critical is shipped out to untraceable sub-tiers.

M.01

CNC machining

Turning, milling and multi-axis machining on calibrated equipment. Critical dimensions are verified in-process, not just at final inspection.

  • 3-axis & 4-axis CNC
  • Live-tool turning
  • Hard-spec fixturing
M.02

Fabrication & welding

Sheet-metal fabrication, TIG/MIG welding and precision forming — all tracked against drawing revisions and certified weld procedures.

  • Certified weld procedures
  • Jig-controlled assembly
  • Post-weld treatment
M.03

Surface treatment

Protective and functional finishes aligned to defence and marine specifications — corrosion, wear, appearance and signature control.

  • Phosphating & passivation
  • Powder coat & paint
  • Black oxide & specialty finishes
M.04

Heat treatment (partner)

Hardening, tempering and stress-relief carried out through qualified heat-treatment partners with full material test records.

  • Through-hardening
  • Case-hardening
  • Certified MTCs
Pillar 03 · Quality

Quality is built in, not inspected in.

Our quality function owns the declared grade. It has a veto at every gate — including commercial pressure — to ensure we don’t release what we can’t stand behind.

Q.01

In-process inspection

Quality is built in, not bolted on. Inspection stations sit inside the production flow, not only at the end.

  • First-piece inspection
  • Patrol checks
  • Statistical sampling
Q.02

Metrology

Calibrated instruments across dimensional, form and surface-finish inspection — CMM capability is in the current-year plan.

  • Height gauges & micrometers
  • Roughness & profile
  • CMM (FY26 plan)
Q.03

Traceability

Every batch is serialised. Material, machine, operator and inspection records are archived against the job number.

  • Material test certificates
  • Routing-card traceability
  • Archived inspection records
What this adds up to

A supplier built to be boring — in the best possible way.

  • No surprise schedule slips, because routing is realistic
  • No quality incidents, because inspection sits inside the flow
  • No mystery charges, because quotes are line-itemised
  • No lost paperwork, because every batch is serialised
